Barcelona is the capital and largest city of Catalonia known for its history, art and architecture. The beautiful Sagrada Família church and other modernist landmarks designed by Anthony Gaudi dot the city. The centre of the old city is the Gothic Quarter and right next to it  is La Rambla, a lively street that is a must-see for everyone planning a trip to Barcelona. Besides fine shops and restaurants, almost every building here is an architectural monument Venetian Towers, modern buildings, and ancient Roman ruins can be found in many other cities

Explore the huge Catholic Church -La Sagrada Familia which was designed by one of the city’s favourite sons, Antonio Gaudi, and is perhaps the most iconic Barcelona sight. The wide range of clubs and restaurants, markets and shops can be found in La Rambla, the most famous street of Barcelona. Barcelona Nightlife

Barcelona is a city known for being a party town and  has  a vibrant nightlife  with a huge variety  of bars, discos taverns,  pubs and clubs offering  all kinds of music  and entertainment. We have plenty of cheap city break offers for Barcelona.
If you love to party then Barcelona surely has a very lively atmosphere, especially at weekends when the city is much more crowded. The bars are open to serve up until 3 am  whereas discos and clubs stay open until as late as 6 am. People also  love to visit the Casino Barcelona that features  several restaurants, gaming events, live shows and  music concerts.

I would personally suggest Beach Clubs as they are on the highest level full of energetic young people who like to have fun with discotheques for all tastes and types. You can also enjoy live music performances by famous world class DJ.
Gracia, La Rambla, Port Olympic, El Raval, Plaza Real and Gothic Quarter are few amazing and most preferred places in Barcelona with electrifying nightlife and amazing terrace locations for grabbing a midnight drink.

City Beaches

There's a beach for everyone in Barcelona and offers a variety for tourists. I wanted to take advantage of the city's 60 miles of coastline stretch where you can swim comfortable and easily get tanned as the water temperature keeps you on the goand is blessed with a Mediterranean climate.
Barceloneta is the most central and bustling beach in town mainly known for its lively vibe as you can find many beachside restaurants, massage facilities and lots of events and markets just above the coastline. Well make sure you check the event schedule if you want to be a part of live concert.
Bogatell is one of the oldest and most popular beach with decent facilities. Nova Mar Bella beach is favourite and most preferred by women and kids as its a bit quieter and cleaner but still plenty to do , eat, drink, play and enjoy.
Sant Miquel , Litoral, Sommorrostro, Llevant and Forum beach are some of the most preferred and popular among locals and tourists with some great watersport facilities, live events and lots more to explore. You can easily spend a whole day out there relaxingand experiencing the most beautiful shores.

Considering how expensive Europe can be, I am going to guide you through a few bunch of restaurants lined up on the famous streets of La Rambla in Bracelona. Its one of the most famous tourist stop with a variety of shops and restaurants to explore filled with simple traditional dishes to extragavant gourmets. So to name a few i personally visited are The Salsalada for seafood, Clemen's Boqueria, Pasta Market and my favourite - chok- The Choclate Kitchen  was heavenly!
Its so amazing that you have so many places to eat and not to mention the most recommended options when you travel where people around give you so many ideas and things to do. I fairly wanted to do justice to my trip and explore as much as I could and just picked the best traditional family-run eateries and restaurants in town and ofcourse the famous Barcelona tapas tour and wine tasting tour.
Tasty croissants, tortilla sandwiches, churros, great charcuterie plate and some delicious ensaimadas are some of the most typical foods in Barcelona and i loved them !
Catalonia is a wonderful place to buy extra virgin oil and is home to 1000 year old olive trees which makes it obvious that can get your hands on some fresh extra virgin olive oils. Eixample, Ciutat Vella, Rl Raval, Barceloneta and La Rambla are a few popular places to visit for all types of cuisine, street food, pizzas and some great cocktails and beers.
